Farhan Akhtar-Shibani Dandekar wedding: Couple’ guests to follow SPECIAL dress code?

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are all set to become Mr. & Mrs. soon. Fans of the couple are eagerly waiting to see them as a married couple. Yesterday, the pre-wedding festivities kickstarted. They celebrated their Mehendi ceremony in the presence of family members and friends, which was attended by Rhea Chakraborty, Amrita Arora, Shibani’s sister Anusha Dandekar and others. Meanwhile, the couple is yet to share photos and videos from their Mehendi and haldi.

Now, a new report states that Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar will have set a special dress code for their guests for their wedding.

According to India Today, the lovebirds have asked their guests to wear easy colours for their wedding. “They wanted to keep it as basic and simple as possible. The guests have also been asked to wear easy colours like pastels and whites for the wedding.”

Reportedly, Farhan and Shibani have planned a reception for their industry friends in Mumbai. The couple, who has been dating each other for over three years now, will reportedly take their nuptial vows in a traditional ceremony on February 19th in the presence of their close family and friends.

The soon to wed couple is also currently gearing up for their sangeet night. Rhea Chakraborty, who is a close friend of Shibani, will perform at the bride-to-be’s sangeet. Meanwhile, the media reports also stated that Farhan and Shibani will not be having a Maharashtrian wedding or a nikah. They also have written down their vows which they will readout on the main wedding day.

The duo’s wedding was confirmed by Farhan’s father Javed Akhtar. However, the couple is yet to talk about their wedding.
