Interestingly, it has been reported that they are set to star in Dharmatic Entertainment’s upcoming romantic comedy together.

R. Madhavan and Fatima Sana Shaikh to star together

According to a report, Dharmatic Entertainment has lined up a romantic comedy with R. Madhavan and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead roles. The film is said to be a quirky love story revolving around an older man and a younger woman and will be directed by Vivek Soni. The film is set to begin production at the end of October.

This will mark Fatima’s second collaboration with Dharmatic Entertainment after three years. Her previous collaboration with the production banner and Netflix was the anthology, Ajeeb Daastaans. Moreover, for R. Madhavan the film will bring a chance to return as a romantic hero after several years.

Additionally, Fatima has an exciting lineup of films ahead, she will also be seen in Metro… In Dino and Ul Jalool Ishq. It will also be Madhavan’s second collaboration with Dharma Productions, after his role in the forthcoming Akshay Kumar starrer C. Shankaran Nair biopic.
