Feel Like a Star – Fly cheaper if you have a ‘Filmy Name’

‘Feel Like A Star’ campaign, was launched by Richard Branson owned airline ‘Virgin Atlantic’. With a view to pay homage to iconic Indian Cinema they have decided to offer discounted tickets to those who have their names one of the twelve most famous Filmi names of Bollywood.

Karan, Simran, Anthony, Tina, Vijay, Pooja, Arjun, Priya, Rahul, Kiran, Rohit and Sonia are the 12 names which would bring discounts on tickets to passengers sharing the same, an airline official said.

Stephen King, General Manager, Virgin Atlantic – India said, “‘Feel like a Star’ campaign highlights the unique experience of flying Virgin and will surely connect with all Bollywood lovers. Last year, we flew over 1,000 passengers with these shortlisted filmy names and are looking forward to welcoming many more Rahuls, Priyas and Rohits on-board this summer.”

The airline will give a 5 per cent discount on Economy class tickets and a 10 per cent waiver on Premium Economy bookings for passengers with the popular ‘filmi’ names. The bookings are open from March 18 to April 17 for travel up to July 31.

So all those of you who have these filmy monikers – Karan, Simran, Anthony, Tina, Vijay, Pooja, Arjun, Priya, Rahul, Kiran, Rohit and Sonia will get  discounts on tickets.
