For a conference held in Mumbai, Sonali wore a yellow ruffle-sleeve top with a blue checked Zara pencil skirt. The top had awkward bow detailing at the neckline and we feel even the colour looked a bit washed out. While we love how the actress pulls it off, we would have liked a neat pussy-bow on the front instead and probably a brighter hue of yellow.

Hair stylist Sandhya Bellarae opted for a low, loose bun that added a soft vibe to the ensemble. The makeup was kept fuss-free by Divya Chablani with just a hint of brown on the lips and soft smokey eyes. The actress completed the look with gold-toned half hoop earrings and a pair of Ferragamo pumps that balanced the yellow and blue outfit.

We just adore Sonali’s OOTD and the overall geek chic feel is hard to overlook. Of course, we hate stereotyping, so probably a crisp white shirt and a hip updo with that skirt would have created a more formal look. But in this case, we’re just missing a pair of nerdy glasses to officially announce that Sonali is Bollywood’s secret geek.
