Fighter: Deepika Padukone looks fierce as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore in Hrithik Roshan starrer

Deepika Padukone is all set to rule 2024 as she will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in Fighter. The movie also marks her first collaboration with Hrithik Roshan. On 4^th December, the makers introduced Hrithik as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty. And now, a new look poster of Deepika Padukone from Fighter as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, known by her call sign ‘Minni’ is out.

In the poster, the actress is seen oozing swag as she looks fierce as an Air Force officer. Her role as a Squadron Pilot in the Air Dragons unit showcases resilience and valour. This marks her first ‘mission’ as a helicopter pilot as she continues to break barriers and display her acting mastery. Deepika Padukone shared the exclusive look on her social media and wrote, “Squadron Leader Minal Rathore. Call Sign: Minni. Designation: Squadron Pilot. Unit: Air Dragons”

Squadron Leader Minal Rathore’s character embodies fortitude, determination, and the unwavering spirit of Fighter. Her journey within the film encapsulates the essence of a pioneering woman navigating new horizons, poised to redefine norms and inspire generations.

About Fighter

Fighter is directed by Siddharth Anand who recently delivered a blockbuster – Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan. Apart from Hrithik and Deepika, the movie also stars Anil Kapoor in pivotal role. The film is set for release on January 25th, 2024, i.e., on the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day.

On the work front, Deepika has started shooting for The Intern remake. Apart from this, her sci-fi drama Kalki 2898 A.D. will also be released on the same date.
