Fighter trailer: Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone pay an ode to the Indian Air Force in a cinematic spectacle

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are all set to arrive with the first big release of the year, Fighter. After some adrenaline pumping assets from the film, the makers have finally unveiled the trailer. And Fighter trailer lives up to the expectations, giving you one goosebump inducing moment after another.

Fighter brings Hrithik and Deepika together on screen for the first time and their chemistry is truly the film’s USP. The film is India’s first aerial-actioner and the visuals in the trailer prove that the makers have delivered on their promise of a visual spectacle. It also features Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, Karan Singh Grover and Sanjeeda Shaikh.

Hrithik’s ‘Patty’ is shown as a confident and sometimes arrogant Air Force pilot. He, Deepika’s Minnie and other top aviators are brought together to form a top-tier response team. The setting of the trailer is in the aftermath of the Pulwama attack and how the Indian Air Force exact revenge on the neighbouring nation. Hrithik looks ferocious as a pilot while Deepika is playing probably one of the strongest characters of hers on screen. Their chemistry is on display and one can’t help but marvel at it.

Apart from the leads, the story promises some high-on-adrenaline patriotism as our pilots fight for the nation. From sacrifices to second chances, Fighter promises a never-seen-before ride, complete with visual cinematic brilliance. Fighter has a theatrical release date this Republic Day weekend on January 25, 2024. And if the trailer is something to go by, the audiences are in for a treat.
