Filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra’s mother passes away, funeral to take place tomorrow

Filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra’s mother Kamla Chhabra passed away due to age-related ailments on Thursday. According to multiple reports, Mukesh Chhabra’s mother had been admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for the past three weeks. Her health deteriorated and she breathed her last today. She passed away at the hospital. Kamala Chhabra was 70.

Mukesh shared the news of his mother’s death on his casting company’s Instagram account. The text on the post read, “Smt Kamla Chhabra… My beloved mother has left us for her heavenly abode. The cremation will be held at Oshiwara Crematorium on the 14^th April, 2023 at 10:00am. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother – Mukesh Chhabra & family.”

The post was captioned, “Our biggest support has left us for her heavenly abode. May her soul forever rest in peace.”

As soon as the post was shared on Instagram, fans offered their condolences to Mukesh and his family on the demise of Kamla Chhabra. A fan commented, “Rest in peace… may God bless u with strength and saber.” Another one commented, “Om Shanti.”

Mukesh was very close to his mother. In December last year, Mukesh had celebrated his mother’s 70^th birthday. He had shared her photos along with the caption, “Happy birthday माँ get well soon jaldi se can’t see you like this. #70thbirthday praying life line #waheguru.”
