Finally! Amitabh Bachchan talks about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s character in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s bold avatar and character have been the talk of the town since the time the teaser of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ was released. The actress played the role of a divorcee who goes into a relationship with a guy younger than her.

Aishwarya received a lot of praises for her role in the film, but it was said that the Bachchans were not much happy with her bold avatar.

However, recently at Kolkata International Film Festival, Big B was all praises for his bahu.

He said, “‘Ki & Ka’ for instance was of completely reversal roles where she married a man who took care of her home. And then more recently there was a very liberated, a divorced woman Saba in Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ who turned the tables on men when she told the lover, ‘Main kisiki zaroorat nahi, khwaish banna chahti hu.”
