Finally! Krushna Abhishek has apologised to Tannishtha Chatterjee

Krushna Abhishek’s show ‘Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza’ has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Actress Tannishtha Chatterjee, who had gone on the show to promote her film ‘Parched’, was not quite happy with the words used for her. The actress’ skin tone was made fun of on the show and that didn’t go down too well with the ‘Brick Lane’ star. Tannishtha on her Facebook page had written a post in which she had shown her displeasure towards the show.

While the channel on which the show comes had apologised the actress, now even the show’s host Krushna Abhishek has apologised her.

He said, “If she feels offended by something, I apologise from our side. We never want to hurt anyone deliberately. ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ is of a roast format. Roast doesn’t mean that we say just anything to anyone.”

Well, we hope that with Krushna’s apology this tussle comes to an end.
