Finally! Prabhas begins shooting for ‘Saaho’

We have been hearing quite a few updates about ‘Baahubali’ star Prabhas’ next project ‘Saaho’. Now, the actor has finally started shooting for the movie. The reticent actor who is not much into social media, shared the news on Facebook. He wrote, “Its Shoot Time…. Almost after 4 and half years of Baahubali journey, excited to enter a new action world called Saaho…”

‘Saaho’ is a trilingual which stars him and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. As his caption suggests, the actor is out of the ‘Baahubali’ universe where he dedicated 4 and half years of his life without taking up any other project. The first part ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ had released in the year 2015 and the second part ‘Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion’ released this year. The first part became successful but the second part smashed all records set by every movie possible and is the most successful movie of all times. Coming back to his upcoming movie ‘Saaho’, it is a gritty, crime-action drama and that is evident from the teaser which was unveiled some time back. The movie has been in the news for several reasons, the major one being its leading lady. His ‘Baahubali’ co-star Anushka Shetty was rumoured to be cast opposite him, but unfortunately, she couldn’t allot dates for the movie and after a galore of names, Shraddha Kapoor was brought on board. Neil Nitin Mukesh is also a pivotal part of the movie as he plays a negative role. Also apparently, Prabhas has been paid a whopping amount of Rs 30 crore for the movie whereas Shraddha is getting paid around Rs 5 crore.
