Finally! Varun Dhawan opens up on Govinda’s remarks about him

After a long time, Govinda is again making headlines and the reason is his upcoming film ‘Aa Gaya Hero’. Not sure whether he is high on confidence or just agitated of being deprived of films for too long, but he has been making some fiery statements against his B-Town colleagues too.

Govinda raised our eyebrows when he accused Karan Johar of groupism and said Karan never bothered to be in touch with people who are out of his group. At the same time, he said Varun (Varun Dhawan, son of Govinda’s old acquaintance) will never be able to become the next him!

“Alochna honi chahiye…Alochan se mein bahut kuch seekhta hoon. Woh kehte hai mujhme aur unmei koi samantaye nahi hai. Yeh sahi hai. Kisi mein samantayein ho bhi nahi sakti. Woh varisht hai, mein unka samman karta hoon. Mein unki barabari kabhi nahi kar sakta.” (Criticism is necessary. I learn a lot from criticism. He said there could be no similarity between him and me. That is right. There can not be similarities. He is a senior actor and I respect him. I will never be able to match up to him.),” he said.

That makes so much sense. Everyone expected a heated response from him, but the young actor has shown what grace is.
