FIR filed against Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay and wife Yogeeta Bali

Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s family appears to be in serious legal trouble. According to recent reports, an FIR has been filed against Mithun’s son Mahaakshay (also known as Mimoh) and wife Yogeeta Bali. The FIR has been filed at Oshiwara police station against the mother-son duo for rape, cheating and forcible abortion.

The victim has accused Mimoh of having physical relations with her without her consent back in 2015. She has even said that Mimoh had promised to marry her. However, Mimoh got married to actress Madalsa Sharma.

According to a report in News 18, the complaint filed by the victim states that Mimoh continued to have a relationship with her on the pretext of marriage. She has accused him of physical and mental torture. A part of the complaint reads, “In 2015, Mahaakshaya called the victim home and gave her a soft drink, and in the meantime, Mahaakshay made physical relations with the victim without any consents and later kept on pretending to marry. Mahaakshay alias Mimoh continued to have a physical relationship with the victim for 4 years and tormented her physically, mentally.”

The victim has further alleged that during the course of their relationship when she got pregnant, Mimoh had pressurized her to get an abortion. However, when she disagreed he gave her some pills and got the child aborted. The victim claims she had no knowledge that those pills would abort her child. The victim has also alleged that Mimoh’s mother threatened and pressurised her to drop the case.

And this is not the first time when the victim has raised her voice. Back in 2018, the victim had tried to file an FIR but reportedly the police didn’t register the case. Later when the victim appealed to Rohini Court to file an FIR, following the court’s order a case was finally registered at Oshiwara police station in Mumbai.
