First Look: Yami Gautam looks intense in short hair for ‘Uri’

The beautiful actress of Bollywood, Yami Gautam will be seen in a new look in her next film ‘Uri’. Yami looks very intense in the first look from her film ‘Uri’. The much-anticipated film is based on a surgical strike and also stars Vicky Kaushal in a lead role.

Reportedly, Yami Gautam is playing the role of an intelligence officer in the war drama, ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’. The film is being made on the real-life incident of the surgical strike across LOC in 2016. As per reports, Yami Gautam is paired opposite Vicky Kaushal in the film.

In the first look, Yami Gautam looks intense and focused while she is dressed up in an officer’s attire. Her short hair adds more drama to her look. It is also being said that the actress has undergone severe physical training which also includes martial arts. Take a detailed look into Yami’s ‘Uri’ look.

This will be the first time that Yami is starring in an army based film. Yami Gautam is known for doing every possible thing to get into the skin of the character. And like her fans, we too are excited to see further pictures of Yami from the sets of ‘Uri’.

Coming back to the film, ‘Uri’ is being directed by Aditya Dhar and produced under the banner of RSVP films. The film is set to release on January 11, 2019.
