Food feasts on sets of ‘Bajirao Mastani’

Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been shooting non stop for his magnum opus ‘Bajirao Masatani, the movie that stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra is being made on a grand scale. Bhansali is always known as a hard taskmaster but there is another side to this man that few are aware of. The filmmaker who makes his cast and crew slog day in day out, also takes care of them .

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been hosting special parties for all present on the sets of his film ‘Bajiarao Mastani’. Once in a week is set aside for an extravagant treat for all on the sets.

Sources said, “Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been organizing special feasts on the sets of his magnum opus. Apart from arranging a huge spread of food for the crew on the sets of Bajirao Mastani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has also been getting food from his own house for his assistants. Their ‘mahabhoj’ is something the entire set looks forward to, as they gather together for every meal. Bhansali also personally looks into the well being of his staff and crew on the sets and constantly changes the menu so that the team looks forward to some exciting food every week.”

Recently on the occasion of the Peshwa Bajirao’s birthday, a special feast was organised for the cast and crew of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ with the Peshwa’s family.
