Freddy Daruwala and wife Crystal Variava welcome their second child amidst Covid-19 pandemic

Handsome hunk Freddy Daruwala welcomed his second child with wife Crystal Variava. The lovely couple was blessed with a baby boy on September 15, 2020. They already have a one and half-year-old son, Evaan.

Speaking to Times of India about the birth of his second child, Freddy revealed that it was an unplanned pregnancy. “Like Evaan, we learnt about this pregnancy in the second month. We realised that we were pregnant in February and a nationwide lockdown was announced in March. After Evaan, I had wished for a daughter. One keeps hearing so much about the father-daughter bond that I had a desire to experience it. But when I held my baby, it simply did not matter whether he was a boy or a girl,” the actor shared.

The actor is yet to share a picture of his second son. Here’s his adorable picture with son Evaan and wife Crystal.

He further added, “Our second baby was definitely not planned, but for my family and me, this is the best news in 2020 so far. My son has completed the family.”

Freddy is yet to name his second son though he revealed that he has shortlisted two names and is waiting for his family for a unanimous choice. The actor is happy that his son Evaan will have a companion now.

Talking about embracing parenthood for the second time, the actor told the daily, “Of course, we are better prepared and we already know the drill. The thrill is still unparalleled, but I guess both of us are a little more mature and calmer. I am still changing the diapers of my first baby (laughs!) and my second boy is already here.”
