Friends Reunion Trailer: R Madhavan calls the series a ‘world religion’

Friends in a worldwide phenomenon and the fans are buzzing with excitement now that the reunion is soon to air. Friends stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer; all six of them had become household names since the day the first season of Friends aired in 1994. But, R Madhavan believes that the show has become a ‘world religion’ and we are not complaining. After the trailer of the Friends Reunion dropped it garnered a couple of million views in no time, so religion? sure!

Madhavan took to his Instagram account and sharing the trailer he wrote, “I believe Friends has become a world religion. What do y’all think?”

The Friends Reunion episodes have a line-up of celebs that include, Kit Harington, Lady Gaga, David Beckham, Justin Bieber, Cara Delevingne, Cindy Crawford, James Corden, Elliott Gould, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, James Michael Tyler, Reese Witherspoon, Malala Yousafzai, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles and BTS. Friends will air on HBO Max on May 27. It’s a bummer for Indian fans as they won’t be able to watch it but they still share the excitement with the world fans.
