Gadar 2 director Anil Sharma REACTS to allegations by Ameesha Patel

Ameesha Patel will be reprising the role of Sakina in her upcoming movie Gadar 2 alongside Sunny Deol. Just a few days back the actress shared a series of tweets accusing the director-producer Anil Sharma of mismanagement on the sets. Now, in a recent interview, Anil Sharma reacted to the allegations by Ameesha Patel.

Talking to Dainik Bhaskar, Anil Sharma opened up about the allegations he faced by Ameesha Patel. He stated, “I have no clue why she said all of this. All I would like to say is that this is all false, none of it is true. At the same time, I would like to thank Ameesha Patel. She made my production house famous. What can be bigger than this? I thank her for making our new production house famous.”

The actress took to her Twitter account to share the details of the mismanagement by Anil Sharma’s production house during the Gadar 2 shoot in Chandigarh. She made some serious allegations like the production did not give the makeup artists and costume designers their rightful fees. Ameesha also stated that they did not pay certain bills for accommodation and travel.

Yes from accommodation, to transport to Chandigarh airport on the final day to food bills were left unpaid and cars were not provided to certain cast and crew members leaving them stranded ! But yet again @zeestudios stepped in and corrected these issues caused by ANIL SHARMA…

The teaser for Gadar 2, starring Ameesha Patel and Sunny Deol, was recently released, generating an enthusiastic response from fans. The makers also delighted fans with the release of the song Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava. Gadar 2 is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 11. Directed by Anil Sharma, the film is one of the highly anticipated movies of the year.

Interestingly, it will also be competing with Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2, which is set to release on the same date, creating a thrilling clash at the box office on August 11, 2023.
