Today marks the release of Gadar 2, starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, much to the anticipation of fans. This film holds special significance as it serves as a sequel to the 2001 hit Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. Sunny and Ameesha have been actively engaged in promotional activities, travelling across various Indian cities to generate excitement for their movie. However, a recent video has gone viral on the internet, depicting a moment where Sunny Deol seems to have almost lost his cool while interacting with a fan.
Sunny Deol almost loses his cool with a fan at the airport
The actor was spotted at the airport wearing a light greyish shirt matched with white pants and white shoes. He has topped off his attire with a black sun hat. Naturally, being Sunny Paaji, as fans catch sight of him at the airport, they eagerly approach him for selfies. Among these fans, one particularly enthusiastic individual couldn’t contain his excitement and promptly took a selfie with the star. While Sunny was more than willing to oblige, the fan took a bit of time to actually take the photo. It was at this moment that Sunny remarked, “Arre ley na photo (Just take the photo).”
Sunny Deol loses cool at a fan
While fans’ enthusiasm and admiration are undoubtedly appreciated by celebrities, it’s important to remember that they are human beings with their own schedules, moods, and personal space. Being constantly in the public eye can indeed be challenging, with very limited privacy.
Other times when this has happened
This is not the first time that things like this have happened. There have been other instances too. Once, Kareena Kapoor Khan was at the airport, and a fan tried to place his hand on her shoulder. The actress seemed visibly freaked out, I mean, who wouldn’t be?
Even Shah Rukh Khan, while arriving at the airport with his family, had an incident where a fan got too close to him. Although he might not have expressed his displeasure verbally, his facial expression communicated everything, he was clearly annoyed. Firstly, after travelling for long hours and feeling tired and exhausted, fans need to understand that there’s a delicate boundary in these situations.
Just imagine if you’re in a hurry for something important, and numerous people approach you for selfies, it’s only natural to feel a bit frustrated. Every day isn’t necessarily a perfect one for anyone, even for those in the spotlight. Understanding and respecting their space and emotions can go a long way in maintaining a healthy interaction between celebrities and their fans. This is what I think.
