Gadar 2: Sunny Deol presents Tara Singh in first look poster

Sunny Deol is all set to reprise his iconic role of Tara Singh once again. Sunny and Ameesha Patel will be seen in the sequel of Gadar. On Thursday, December 24, the star surprised his fan with his first look poster from the upcoming film. The viral picture has of Sunny as Tara Singh.

Sharing the poster of Gadar 2 Sunny Deol has also penned a brief emotional note to enunciate how he feels to reprise the role.

The actor said, “Only a fortunate few get to bring amazing characters back to life. Presenting Tara Singh 20 years later! Wrapped the first schedule of #Gadar2. Feeling blessed #Gadar #TaraSingh.”

As soon as the post was shared online, it received umpteen likes and love in no time. While sharing the poster.

The first movie was based during the time frame of the Partition of India. The story of the film is based on a love story between truck driver, Tara Singh, a Sikh, who falls in love with a Muslim girl, Sakina. Gadar: Ek Prem Katha was a massive hit at the box office.

Earlier Ameesha Patel had shared the first look from Gadar 2 on Instagram along with the news that the movie has gone on the floor.

The makers have already wrapped up the first shooting schedule of the film. Gadar 2 is being directed by Anil Sharma and also features Uttkarsh Sharma who played the role of Sunny and Ameesha’s onscreen son.
