Today, September 7, begins the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration and the Ambani family welcomed home Lord Ganesha in a grand manner. Mukesh Ambani, Isha Ambani, and her twins were seen at Antilia’s entrance waiting for Antilia Cha Raja to arrive. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were seen accompanying the idol to their residence. This will be the newlyweds first festive celebration after their wedding.

As seen in videos going viral on social media, a flower-laden truck carrying the majestic Ganpati idol arrived at Antilia on Friday night. A marigold garlands-laden truck carried Antilia Cha Raja. The idol can be seen draped in traditional orange attire. The idol grabs attention with its serene expression and elaborately crafted design.

As seen in the clips, newlyweds Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant welcomed Lord Ganesha with full festive fervour. While Radhika opted for a stunning red kurta-sharara set embellished with gold details, Anant wore a tangerine kurta and jacket. Radhika radiated joy as she greeted the crowd with folded hands as Anant led the way towards Antilia. Mukesh Ambani, Isha Ambani and her twins – Krishna and Aadiya were seen dressed in simple ensembles as they awaited the arrival of Lord Ganesha’s statue. Check out the glimpses below.

This Ganesh Chaturthi is special for Anant and Radhika, as it not only marks the arrival of the idol but also their first major festival as a married couple. The couple tied the know amidst much glamour and traditions on July 12 in Mumbai. The celebration – which along with its pre-wedding functions was one of the most talked-about events of the year, saw celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Salman Khan, Kim Kardashian, and many more in attendance.
