Genelia D’Souza pens the sweetest birthday note for ‘Navra’, Riteish Deshmukh says ‘you make my life special’

Actor Riteish Deshmukh is celebrating his 45th birthday today, December 17 and he just received the sweetest birthday note from his ‘baiko’ aka wife Genelia D’Souza. She took to her Instagram account and dropped a monochrome picture with her husband Riteish. While sharing the picture with her fans, Genelia calls him the ‘greatest man’ and feels pride that he is all hers.

The picture was backed by, “If someone had to ask me “Who Riteish Deshmukh is? I would just say “the greatest man in the entire universe and that greatest man is all mine. Happy Birthday Navra”. She quickly got cutest reply who said she makes his life special. He commented, “I love you Baiko. You have no idea what you mean to me… you make my day special .. you make my life special.”

Genelia talks about if Riteish Deshmukh made her quit acting

Though Genelia made her comeback with Mister Mummy and Ved, Genelia had taken a break from acting after marriage. However, people thought it was Riteish who made her quit acting. Reacting to people’s claims, Genelia told us, “People say what they want to say but the truth of the matter is that I decided. To date like people say ‘Why don’t you do so much more work?’ I don’t feel I can do so much work but I feel I still enjoy that whole part of being with my kids. I want to do that, I want to do this, I’ll choose when I want to do what. And the good part is that no one looks for validation like I have to be part of this banner. I have to prepare, I have to be part of a story that impressed me the day I read the script.”

The Ved couple got married on February 3, 2012, and they share two sons Riaan and Rahyl. Before marriage, the two worked together in Tujhe Meri Kasam, Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya and Masti. However, in 2022, they came together onscreen with Mister Mummy and then they were seen in Ved.
