We are talking about Shikha Mogha who was just a college going girl when she participated in a contest organised by the Coca Cola company which promised a date with Hrithik Roshan who was just debuting in Bollywood.
Though Shikha won the contest she is still waiting for her dream date with Hrithik. Shikha has dragged soft drink company Coca Cola to the court. Reportedly a Chandigarh court has issued a notice, asking company why it didn’t keep its word. Coca Cola offered her Rs 5 lakh instead but the girl refused to accept the offer and insisted on meeting the Bollywood star as per the promise made by the company.
When Coca Cola failed to keep their promise, Shikha Mogha was tagged a liar by the people to whom she had told about her date with Hrithik. At present she has asked the company to pay her a compensation of 2.5 crores for the damages done to her reputation. Civil judge K K Jain of Chandigarh district court has asked Coca Cola to reply by August 18. The court has also announced that applicant need not to pay Rs 2.43 lakh as court fee.
