Out of all the films Farah Khan has made, none is as loved as her debut directorial venture, 2004 flick ‘Main Hoon Na’. It’s not just us who are never tired of tripping on it; but Farah herself also calls ‘Main Hoon Na’ her favourite. Will there be a sequel to the film ever? Here’s what she answers.
“If someone gives me a great idea, I would love to make a sequel to MHN. Among my films, MHN is one of the most loved (by fans). Despite my other movies doing better in terms of money, I, too, love this film the most. But to make a sequel, the story has to be really special. Currently, I don’t know how to take the story of MHN forward. Maybe it is because my movies never have loose ends. So, I don’t want to create a franchise, just for the sake of it,” Farah said.
From the gorgeous Sushmita Sen and Amrita Rao to Shah Rukh Khan’s magical performance and of course the eternal bond between two brothers aka Shah Rukh and Zayed Khan, we have numerous reasons to keep falling in love with the film.
Not sure if there’s space for a sequel to it, but what’s the harm in waiting?
