Govinda finally tests COVID negative; says, ‘Apun aa gayela hain’

With the surge in Coronavirus cases, several Bollywood celebrities have fallen prey to the deadly virus. Celebs like Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan, Rohit Saraf, Bhumi Pednekar, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Vicky Kaushal and many others have tested positive for Covid-19.

Some time back, Govinda had revealed that he has tested positive for Covid-19. He had told IANS, “I have been testing myself and taking all the necessary precautions to keep the coronavirus away. However, I tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative. Sunita (wife) has just recovered from Covid-19 a couple of weeks back.” 

But looks like things are looking good for the actor as he has finally tested negative. Govinda took to his Instagram account and sharing a video he revealed that he has finally tested Covid negative. The actor captioned his post as, “Apun aa gayela hain!?? #testednegative(sic).”

Many celebrities have taken their first jab of the Covid-19 vaccine. Actors like Rakesh Roshan, Johnny Lever, Amitabh Bachchan, Rohit Shetty, Neena Gupta, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Malaika Arora,  Jeetendra, Kamal Haasan, Nagarjuna and others had shared on their social media handle that they have got their first dose of the Covid vaccine.
