Aishwarya Rai Bachchan did a passionate kissing scene with Hrithik Roshan in ‘Dhoom 2,’ which followed with a lot of rumors of discomfort from Bachchan family seeing this intimate lip-lock. Therefore Aishwarya maintained not to do such intimate scenes after this film. But she faced a similar situation of a kissing scene with her co-star in one of her upcoming film. Recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who shot with Karan Johar in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘ had a kissing and intimate scene as well with her co-star Ranbir Kapoor. But Aishwarya was a bit apprehensive to do this scene. Sources say, “Aishwarya has reached a stage where she wants to do meaty roles. She wants to do roles with substance. Anyway such scenes are better suited to the youngsters. She has done that in the beginning of her career and she doesn’t like to be repetitive.”

Karan Johar who shares a good relationship with Aishwarya and Bachchan family toned down these sequences after she shared her anxiousness. The kissing scene has been shot ascetically and doesn’t show a actual lip-lock between the actors whereas the intimate scene doesn’t have more skin show of her, added the source.
