Guess when Shraddha Kapoor – Arjun Kapoor’s ‘Half Girlfriend’ releases?

Shraddha Kapoor will be seen playing ‘Half Girlfriend’ to Arjun Kapoor in Mohit Suri’s upcoming directorial. The film is based on Chetan Bhagats popular novel of the same name. It tells the love story of Delhi girl Riya Somani and Madhav, a guy from Bihar.

Earlier the movie had Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role but now has enrolled the Tevar actor Arjun Kapoor. The book had faced a number of controversies but was a hit among Bhagat’s loyalists. The release date of 2016’s most anticipated film has been tweeted by Komal Nahata.

Nahata tweeted,

This will be Arjun Kapoor’s second film that is based on Chetan Bhagat’s book. The last one that he did was 2 States with Alia Bhatt. It had been a hit at the box office, hope the same fate awaits ‘Half Girlfriend’ too.
