The trailer of Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Jai Gangaajal,’ which was launched recently, has garnered positive remarks from the audience and critics. It opened to an overwhelming response with people appreciating Priyanka’s high on action lady-cop character in the film. Being a sequel of superhit film ‘Gangaajal’ starring Ajay Devgn, the expectations from the film is extremely high. Apart from this, the director Prakash Jha himself is going to make his acting debut in the sequel, making the film all the more interesting one.
Being his first attempt director Prakash seemed to be a little nervous while facing the camera. Behind the camera, the director is a veteran but when it comes being in front of the camera, it seems Prakash Jha needed some divine blessings from his senior. At the trailer launch of the film, Prakash Jha and Priyanka Chopra who were in the best of their mood, left everyone in splits when the relatively new actor (Prakash Jha) said that he planned to touch feets of his senior (Priyanka Chopra) in order to learn some acting skills from her. At the launch, he jokingly said, “I had decided that every day when I came on set I would touch Priyanka’s feet and she is senior so I’ll learn acting from her.”
We wish, learning acting was so easy Mr. Jha! We would have had millions of Dilip Kumars and Meena Kumaris by now.
Anyway, ‘Jai Gangaajal’ is slated to release on March 4, 2016. According to Priyanka, this film is the quickest film of her career as she completed the shooting of this film amidst her hectic schedule trying to balance between ‘Quantico’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani.’ Prakash Jha would play a role of a subordinate to Priyanka Chopra.
