According to sources, Shahid Kapoor has shed his chocolate boy image and worked hard for Haider. He even sacrificed his mane for the role. During the shoot of Haider in Kashmir he used to interact with the Kashmiri’s there. Learning about their trails and tribunes.

Two ladies he had met there sent a message after watching the trailer of Haider. They said, “Shahid’s eyes itself are doing so much of talking in the trailer of Haider. His eyes have some pain which is seen in people in Kashmir. They really liked the Haider trailer and Shahid has done a fantastic job and cannot wait to watch the film.”
