Riding on a lot of expectations, debutant actor Harshvardhan Kapoor has started promoting his movie ‘Mirzya’ in full swing. Being the son of versatile actor Anil Kapoor, he sure carries a huge responsibility on his shoulders of delivering his best. Looking at the trailer and song videos of this Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directorial, it is clearly seen that Harshvardhan has put forward his best effort and recently the actor shared the most difficult part of the prep work he did for ‘Mirzya’.
While talking to an agency, Harshvardhan said, “To go from being a non-rider to a very accomplished rider and archer, it took 18 months to emotionally get to that point…to physically transform for the character was the most difficult thing.” [sic]
Further, Harshvardhan even recalled how he had suffered a head concussion after he continued shooting in Jaisalmer despite falling off from a horse.
“I had a concussion to the head because I accidentally landed on the back of my head during a scuffle sequence,” added the actor.
‘Mirzya’ will see Harshvardhan paired up opposite newcomer Saiyami Kher, who is the niece of veteran actress Tanvi Azmi. The movie is slated to release on October 7, 2016.
Quiet, resonant, and creative, he can be seen immersed in his own world, and puts in his heart and soul into the one passion that he has, Bollywood. His line for survival? Feel happy to be a part of it.
