‘Haseena Parkar’ delayed again due to monetary issues?

Shraddha Kapoor’s gangster-thriller ‘Haseena Parkar’ seems to be facing a tough time to get a release date. The film got postponed twice and now once again, rumours are doing the rounds that this film is getting pushed to another date. ‘Haseena Parkar’ was supposed to clash with Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’ on July 14 but in order to avoid the clash, the makers pushed the film to August 18. But then, the film couldn’t make it to the theatres on this date as well. Finally, the makers announced the date of September 22 for the release. But looks ‘Haseena Parkar’ may not release on this date as well.

Reason for this delay seems to be some monetary issues that the producer of this film has been embroiled in. A source has been quoted saying, “The producer, Furqan Khan, owes a lot of people money and they are not allowing the movie’s release.”

Apparently Shraddha Kapoor is quite upset because of this delay. “It is because of Tutu that Shraddha did the film. Now, she is upset with him too, for what is happening to the film.”

‘Haseena Parkar’ is a film based on the life of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar, who used to look after his illegal activities in Mumbai. The trailer of this film has left everyone impressed. Shraddha seems to have done a thorough research before working on this film and it looks like she is set to deliver her career’s best performance in this film.
