‘Haseena Parkar’: When Shraddha carried Ankur on her shoulders

Gearing up for the release of her upcoming biopic ‘Haseena Parkar’, actress Shraddha Kapoor is surely all excited and thrilled. Ever since the trailer and dialogue promos of the film have been released online, Shraddha’s intense act has become a talking point and has been applauded as well. Undoubtedly, the actress has put in a lot of effort to make this film look as authentic as it could be. One such difficult task was to carry her co-star Ankur Bhatia on her shoulders, who plays her onscreen husband Ibrahim Parkar in the film.

A source attached to the film unit revealed that while filming the death sequence of Ibrahim Parkar, Shraddha was required to carry Ankur on her shoulders after he gets shot multiple times. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, ‘Haseena Parkar’ also stars actor Siddhanth Kapoor playing the role of crime lord Dawood Ibrahim. The film is slated to hit the screens on September 22, 2017.
