Here’s why Farah Khan missed good friend Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday bash!

Bollywood biggies like Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, Sanjay Kapoor and many more recently made their way to Alibaug, where Shah Rukh Khan had organised his birthday bash. The stars posted inside pictures from this gala and internet went bustling over these pictures. But one person who was missing from the lavish affair was SRK’s best friend Farah Khan. The choreographer-turned director could not make it to Alibaug and here’s why!

Farah was busy choreographing the promotional song for Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film ‘Rock On 2’. A source was quoted saying, “Recently, Farhan and producer Ritesh Sidhwani requested Farah to choreograph a highlight song that acts as a bridge between the two movies (‘Rock On’ and ‘Rock On 2’). The song titled, ‘You Know What I Mean’, was shot at Madh Island and is a flashback wedding song.” As Farah shares a good equation with both Farhan and Ritesh, Farah could not refuse their request. Hence she had to give a miss to Shah Rukh’s birthday bash.
