Here’s what Bollywood stars said about ‘Comedy Nights with kapil’ coming to an end

Comedy fans haven’t been very happy, off late. ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ was indeed a means of pure entertainment which catered to a large audience. However, over a few disagreement between Comedian Kapil Sharma who used to host the show and the channel, the show headed towards a sad ending. To much of our sadness, it is already over.

Not just a TV show, over the last few years, it had turned the number 1 destination on Television for filmmakers and actors to promote their upcoming releases. A number of Bollywood stars were saddened with the show coming to an end.

Actor Alia Bhatt didn’t even know that the show was over. “Rubbish! Really? I think the promotions might become a bit dull without Comedy Nights With Kapil, without Kapil being in our lives. During promotions, we always look forward to going on his show and have a good laugh. But he’ll do movies now, his film is doing well.”- she said.

Actor Sidharth Malhotra was somehow disappointed too. I’ve heard that he’ll come back again. So it’s a short break. It’s an amazing show; he entertains people. Comedy is very difficult and I think he’s the best comedian we have. Looking forward to his comeback.”-stated the ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ actor.

“I do believe that it is coming to an end. I think Kapil is a very talented guy. He has plans for himself in his life. I wish him all the best. He’s a very sweet boy and I just hope that whatever he plans for himself, he can achieve that.”- came from Farhan Akhtar.

“I’ve been quite disconnected. Is it going off? That’s really very sad if it’ll go off.”- said Shraddha Kapoor.
