Here’s why Remo D’Souza chose Tiger Shroff for ‘A Flying Jatt’

Remo D’Souza is quite excited about his upcoming film ‘A Flying Jatt.’ The movie, that stars Tiger Shroff in the role of a superhero, is being widely promoted by the makers. The film has the gorgeous Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez and international star Nathan Jones in pivotal roles. The trailer and the songs of the film are already a hit. Now the release is being eagerly awaited by the fans.

Recently, Remo D’Souza has revealed the reason behind Tiger Shroff casting in the titular role. He said that he wanted an innocent looking guy to play the role of a superhero and as Tiger fits the bill he was roped in for the movie.

The Choreographer cum director said, ” I always wanted Tiger for this film. I spoke to him before ‘Heropanti’ (Tiger’s debut film) and I told him that I have a superhero script and whether he would like to do it. I wanted an innocent looking guy for this film and he is an accidental superhero in this film.” he said.

Speaking about the hurdles faced by films based on superheroes in India the director further added, “When you make something like this, most of the people start saying what nonsense is this but when the same thing gets made in Hollywood they like it. That’s the mentality and it has to change. Once that changes, then we can make better films.”

‘A Flying Jatt’ will be releasing on August 25.
