Here’s why Shahid Kapoor takes suggestions from Mira Rajput during script narrations

Actor Shahid Kapoor‘s love for his wife Mira Rajput is something everyone knows. The actor who had made his way at the ongoing 18th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival on Sunday chose to spoke here about how he takes suggestions from his darling wife during script narrations. The reason being that Mira shows Shahid the perspective of the audience.

Talking about it at a session at this festival, Shahid said, “She is 13 years younger than me so, she shows me the perspective of my audience… Sometimes when I read a script and can’t relate to it, she looks at me and is like ‘are you insane? This is exactly what normal people talk about. How can you not relate to this?'”.

Further, the actor even revealed about the one thing that Mira hates nowadays. The thing is that Mira Rajput is someone who loves roaming around, exploring places, being outdoor, but now, being a celeb’s wife, she can’t be so free to do the same. Reason being that people have now started recognising her.

“Mira loves outdoors. But she complains that ‘now people recognise me, I hate it.’ It is just nice to be with someone who is connected to reality. Because I missed that side of my life,” added the ‘Haider’ star.

Shahid Kapoor had tied the knot with Mira Rajput last year and the couple has recently welcomed their first baby daughter Misha Kapoor.

On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor will soon start shooting for ‘Padmavati’ with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It is slated to release next year in 2017.
