He’s the one who’s in love with me, says Deepika Padukone about this co-star

Actress Deepika Padukone made her Hollywood debut with ‘xXx: Return Of Xander Cage’ alongside Vin Diesel. Even though the movie did not earn the desired numbers in India, it did a good business overseas. But, more than the movie, the offscreen chemistry between Deepika and Vin Diesel caught the fancy of everybody.

Also, one can recall that she had openly confessed something unusual on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ when asked if there is something brewing between them. She had said, “Well, there is no smoke without fire! But, it’s all in my head! So yeah, I mean in my head I think, we are together and we have this amazing chemistry, and we live together and we have these amazing babies! Now, in a recent media interaction at red carpet of Cannes 2017, she was asked if she was in love with Vin Diesel, to which she replied, “Excuse me? He’s the one who’s in love with me. Let’s set the record straight. He’s adorable. He’s just the most amazing person I’ve ever met. He’s generous and kind. All the amazing experiences I had are because of him and his faith in me for what I could do for the movie. He is a friend for life.”

Aww! That’s damn sweet, no? Well, we remember how Vin had stated that he loves her a lot as a friend in a video and Dippy’s statements are also on similar lines. So, another movie with him, Dippy? Let’s see.

Meanwhile, the actress is busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ which stars alleged beau Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in main roles.
