From playing the role of a bahu to heading strong in a reality show, the actress has showcased her growth to its fullest. Now, on the occasion of her birthday, Hina Khan has dropped the teaser of her upcoming film Country Of Blind.

On the occasion of her birthday, Hina Khan is all set to surprise her fans and followers with a never-before-seen before avatar. Her upcoming film is titled Country Of Blind and is one of the most awaited films. The upcoming film is a satire drama based on the short story by HG Wells. The story is all about a distinct community that lives in isolation, away from the outside world. The community is struck by a devastating disease. It takes away the power of sight from the new generations.

Country Of Blind is gears for an exclusive international release in the USA on 6th of October.

Helmed by internationally acclaimed director Rahhat Shah Kazmi, the film stars Hina Khan alongside Shoib Nikash Shah. The actress is elated by the release of the teaser. She says, “After the poster launch in Cannes, getting a USA release is massive! I am super excited and cannot wait to see the reaction of our audience. The film is a beautiful cinematic experience and one which is sure to touch hearts. Rahhat really ensured we lived these characters through and through the shoot which was quite amazing!”

She also adds, “The film was shot in Kashmir, my hometown and that was truly the cherry on the cake for me. The teaser released today is not just the best birthday gift for me, but also a gift from me to my fans who have always supported me through every journey.”

The film boasts an ensemble star cast of Inaamulhaq, Pradhuman Singh Mall and Anushka Sen. It also includes Namita Lal, Mir Sarwar, Jitendra Rai, Ahmer Haider, and Hussein Khan. Counrty of Blind is a Reliance Entertainment Worldwide Release.Rahhat Shah Kazmi, Tariq Khan, Zeba Sajid, and Namita Lal are producing the film. It is co-produced with the support from Jayant Jaiswal, Jitendra Rai, and Ahmer Haider.
