The famous Hit & Run Case of superstar Salman Khan is on it’s last leg. The actors defence lawyer moved an application in the court declaring it had concluded giving all the evidences. Recently there had been a dramatic twist in Salman Khan’s hit-and-run case, when the defence lawyer had produced Salman Khan’s driver Ashok Singh as the key witness and he has admitted that he was the one behind the wheel of the SUV when the accident occurred.

Salman Khan’s driver Ashok Singh had confessed that, he was driving the car on that ill-fated night. He says that he felt bad that Salman had to go through all the trouble. He even denied before the court that he was given money to make these statements.

Ashok Singh further added, “I was driving when the tyre burst and the brake jammed. The car went over the steps. I saw that people were trapped beneath. I got out of the right side and Salman too got out of the right side as the left door was jammed. I then dialed 100 and went to the police station and narrated the accident. They told me the police had left for the spot. I was asked to wait. I told Salman I was suspecting foul play.”

The prosecutions application for a few days time to prepare arguments has been trashed by the court. The court has asked the prosecution to conclude its final arguments by next week, after which the defense will begin its final arguments.
