Hit-and-run case – Court orders fresh trial against Salman Khan

Salman Khan will have a fresh trial for his hit-and-run case as ordered by the Mumbai Court. This occurred due to the fresh charges applied on him of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Sallu had asked for a fresh trial as the  evidence presented earlier should be discarded, for now he was facing much more serious charges.

Well now the court has accepted it, and set a new trial where all the evidence and witnesses will be re-examined. The new trial will begin on December 23.

The hit-and-run case is regarding when Salman Khan was allegedly driving a Toyota Cruiser that ran over a group of people in which one was killed and four injured.
