Bollywood superstar Salman Khan‘s Hit & Run Case had a sessions court rejecting the prosecutions plea. The prosecution had asked the actor Salman Khan to produce driving licence. The 2002 Hit & Run Case is regarding when Salman’s car had rammed into a bakery in suburban Bandra and ran over people sleeping on the pavement outside, killing one and injuring four.
As per sources, Earlier, a Regional Transport Officer had deposed in the court saying that Khan did not possess a driving licence when his car met with an accident in 2002. Salman Khan had denied that he was driving the car at that time.
Special public prosecutor Pradeep Gharat argued that Khan did not possess a licence at the time of the accident. He obtained a driving licence in 2004, as per the record available with Regional Transport Office, the prosecution said.
Salman Khan is at present busy shooting for Barjatya’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. His other film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is currently in post-production stage for a mid-year release.
