Homi Adajania clears that his film ‘Takadum’ is not similar to ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

Homi Adajania’s next titled ‘Takadum’ starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Irrfan Khan and Parineeti Chopra has been pushed to the end of the year. There were reports that the makers have decided to push the film as they want to modifying the screenplay due to similarities with Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. However the director has denied the reports.

He said, “It’s nothing like that at all. We just felt that we needed to rework certain angles, mainly on the structure of the screenplay to improve it. Once this is done and we are happy with the changes we will commence the shoot process.”

Sushant Singh Rajput will be playing the role of a rockstar in the film, and Parineeti will play his love interest.
