Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt begin the second schedule of ‘Brahmastra’

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Brahmastra’ has been in news ever since its inception. The film is a part of a trilogy and is being mounted on a lavish scale. After wrapping up a major schedule in Bulgaria the team has now shifted base to Mumbai where the second schedule has gone on the floor.

‘Brahmastra’ features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt as the latest lovebirds of Bollywood. The Ayan Mukerji directorial also features megastar Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role.

Big B has begun the shoot for his part but with a few hugs first. Senior Bachchan took to his Twitter handle and shared pics, where he is seen sharing hugs with his young co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. He captioned the image as, “T 2828 – It begins tomorrow ‘Brahmastra’ and the prep started today .. Ranbir, Alia and moi under the baton of Ayaan ..”

The 75-year-old also clarified that none of them is sporting the look for the film. He wrote, “Alia and Ranbir and moi rehearsing .. and this is not our costume or look or anything near it .. got it .. fine ..we are just chilling and .. well .. rehearsing to get the first day right tomorrow .. tomorrow ..” (Also Read: ‘Brahmastra’: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt spotted at Mehboob Studio)

‘Brahmastra’ is a part of a superhero trilogy. The movie also features Mouni Roy in a prominent role. It will be hitting the screens in 3D on August 15.
