Also rumour mills are buzzing that Sonam’s outfit is inspired by Vyjayanthimala’s look in the 1966 film Amrapali. Pernia’s collection is based on this era, and Sonam’s outfit will also reflect it. According to a source, the actress will walk the ramp on June 9 and the fashion show will take place at a suburban hotel.

Pernia confirmed the news and stated, “Sonam is a special friend, and I am happy to announce that she will be walking the ramp for me, as the showstopper for my first stand-alone fashion show.” Sonam Kapoor was unavailable for a comment.
