HOT SCOOP: Is Salman Khan avoiding meeting Deepika Padukone?

It’s been a while now, that Deepika Padukone is trying to bag a film opposite Salman Khan. There were reports stating that Kabir Khan is quite keen to rope in Dippy opposite Bhaijaan in his next, but somehow the talks didn’t turn out to be positive as apparently, Deepika asked for a meaty role for her and the director wasn’t willing to bring about any changes in the script. Well, this came to an end and we had moved on, but a recent report on the two has sent us in shock.

A report in Deccan Chronicle states that Salman is avoiding meeting Deepika as he is not quite happy with her decision. Reports stated, “Salman Khan has taken the snub to heart. He refuses to give Deepika the time of the day. Since her return from the shooting of her Hollywood film xXx from LA, Deepika has been trying to get an appointment to meet Salman at his residence in Bandra (Mumbai). But so far all her attempts to meet him have been foiled.”

Now we don’t know how much truth lies behind this story, but it is surprising. Deepika has been eyeing to work with Salman for a very long time, but no luck so far.
