Hrithik Roshan and Alia Bhatt to come together for ‘Aashiqui 3’?

Rumours of ‘Aashiqui 3’ are doing the rounds on internet for quite some time now. The third part of the hit ‘Aashiqui’ franchise was supposedly set to feature Hrithik Roshan & Kangana Ranaut in the leads before equation between the two went sour. Now we hear, young sensation Alia Bhatt has grabbed the role!

Hrithik’s rumoured affair with Kangana was never official. However, he allegedly used his own influence to axe Kangana off the project as he was not at all keen to work with her again. When asked about it during an interaction with the press, the ‘Queen’ actress had answered, “Yes, many lame rumours are doing rounds, even a dumb ass can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don’t know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me that chapter is over and I don’t dig graves.”

The Roshan lad probably expected his ‘Krrish 3’ co-star to lash out openly. He took to Twitter and wrote, “Ther r more chances of me having had an affair with d Pope dan any of d (Im sure wonderful)women d media hs ben naming.Thanks but no thanks.” [sic]

It was then that we clearly understood that there were zero chances of the two teaming up again. According to a report published on Spotboye.com, Alia has bagged the leading lady’s role in ‘Aashiqui 3’ opposite Hrithik.

If this is true, then 2016 is a great year for Alia! She’s already working on Gauri Shinde’s next opposite Shah Rukh Khan, and now this! Looks like luck is in her favour.
