Hrithik Roshan, who has been in the news for quite some time now, has sent out an apology on micro-blogging site Twitter, for unintentionally hurting the religious sentiments of some. In one of Hrithik’s tweets posted in January 2016, he had used the word ‘Pope’ and this didn’t go down well with some of the religious groups. This tweet had received a lot of flak from the masses with Hrithik being criticised on various platforms. But the actor has now apologised for the same.
In a recent tweet, Hrithik has said that his comment was misinterpreted and he didn’t mean to hurt anyone’s religious sentiments. He posted,
Seems my tweet about His Holiness has led 2misunderstanding. My apologies 4 hurt caused 2religious or other sentiments. Was unintentional.

Apparently, Hrithik was referring to the Pope fish when he tweeted the message in consideration. The humble and considerate man that he is, Hrithik can never intend to hurt anyone’s sentiments.
Anyway, on the work front, Hrithik is busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Mohenjo Daro’, which is being directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. It is a period drama film and Pooja Hegde is set to feature as the female lead opposite Hrithik`. Apart from that, Hrithik will soon begin shooting for ‘Kaabil’ with Yaami Gautam as the female lead.
