Hrithik Roshan did all stunts by himself in 'Mohenjo Daro'

If a leading daily is to be believed, Hrithik Roshan performed all the stunts by himself in his upcoming period drama ‘Mohenjo Daro’.

Here’s what a source revealed, “Since we had Hollywood stunt coordinator Glenn Boswell (Matrix Trilogy and the Hobbit Trilogy) and Amar Shetty from Mumbai, on board Hrithik felt comfortable enough doing the stunts on his own. That made a huge difference in the way the scenes were choreographed and shot. The action is extremely raw with a lot of hand-to-hand combat and the stunts were rehearsed extensively as the movements needed to be rehearsed and perfected before we shot those sequences.”

Hrithik also confirmed the same by saying, “The action directors have pushed the envelope in choreographing some mind-blowing action sequences for the film. We have worked really hard on them. Risks and injuries are a part of it but when you see the final outcome, you feel it was all worth it. The climax sequence is particularly my favourite.”

The film ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and will be releasing on August 12, 2016.
