Hrithik Roshan is one of the biggest superstars we have in the country today. However, nothing was served to him on a platter. In his formative years, Hrithik had stammering issue which went on till 2012.
According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Hrithik was approached to become the brand ambassador for The Indian Stammering Association (TISA). He had an hour long discussion (it was only supposed to be 20 minutes) with nine of its members at his residence. “I’d practise every day to overcome the speech issue, I still do for an hour at least so that I can control the secondary actions like twitching and all,” the actor was quoted as saying by Mumbai Mirror.
“The unacceptability to stammering was not only bothersome in my childhood but prevailed till 2012, long after I had become a film star,” he added.
Indeed, Hrithik is an inspiration for one. We must learn how to overcome setbacks like a boss from him. Time and again, Hrithik has motivated us in more ways than one. His resilience is definitely praiseworthy.
On the work front, Hrithik is gearing up for the release of ‘Super 30’. The film was earlier supposed to release on 26th January. However, post the #MeToo allegations on director Vikas Bahl, its release date was postponed.
We hope that the film sees the light of the day soon and people accept it with open arms.
