Hrithik Roshan in Kaabil

Hrithik Roshan did a Facebook live session today with the entire team of ‘Kaabil’. The actor was asked about his character, the difficulty he faced while playing a blind man and many other things.

When one of the fans of Hrithik asked him what he learnt from his character, Rohan Bhatnagar, he said, “Well, I learnt that your vulnerability can actually become your strength. I always knew that, but I really got to experience it. I got the experience by meeting my blind friends, and what I have learnt from them will stay with me for the rest of my life. We always view a handicap something that makes a person less than us. But that mind-set has completely vanished for me when I met them. It took me around 20 minutes to stop being extra nice to them because of such inherent strength. I felt that they were equal to me and it opened the lock in my head about even my own vulnerabilities. So, that really helped me to be comfortable with things like that in my own life. So, that will stay with me for the rest of my life.”

Another fan asked Hrithik how hard it was for him to play a blind man in the movie. To which he said, “Every role comes with challenges and I think for both of us, for Yami and me, the fact that we had to do so many different things in this film. Being blind was not just about walking and talking, but we also had to dance. And the dance I would choose as one of the most difficult challenges because both of us are very good dancers in the film.”

The actor was asked if ‘Kaabil’ was most difficult role for him, to which he replied, “‘Kaabil’ was my easiest role till date because I was so passionate about it.”

‘Kaabil’ is slated to release on January 26, 2017, and we simply can’t wait to watch the film.
