Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is currently going through a rough patch in terms of his career and films not working well. The ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hai’ actor though is a very positive individual and always works hard and believes in giving 100%. Now, the handsome hunk (in an interview) has talked about dance reality shows. Hrithik, as we all know, is one of the best dancers in Bollywood and has been rated very highly. And today, it also happens to be International Dance Day.

Hrithik Roshan, in an interview with Hindustan Times, talked about various aspects related to the dancing. The ‘Mission Kashmir’ actor expressed his opinion on reality dance shows and said, “Dance reality shows are a great platform to discover and promote new talent from across India. It gives people an opportunity to showcase their talent. I have judged a dance reality show in the past and I will definitely be open to doing it again in the future if something interesting comes up.”

Hrithik also shed light on what dancing means to him and said, “I feel dance is a very powerful medium to draw people towards physical fitness. There was a time in my life when the doctors had told me that I will never be able to dance again. I danced my way through that phase too. Dancing is a great way to stay fit. It helps you burn calories, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and also keeps one upbeat and happy. I have also introduced my mom and kids to it and they love it.”
